Recorded in Los Angeles and featuring a spectacular line-up of guest musicians, Rage & Ruin was produced by Don Gehman, who also helped produce a number of the singer's previous albums, including Heat and Flesh & Wood. And the first single off the album, Before The Devil Knows You're Dead, is the singer's most rip-roaring tune in years.
