From the moment he first auditioned on Australian Idol, it was clear that Stan was something special. Judge Ian "Dicko" Dickinson even described his voice as "one of the best soul voices [Idol's] ever had". The 19-year-old Australian-born New Zealander, or "Mozzie-boy" as Stan calls himself (Maori-Aussie), has a mature, unwavering voice, which he delivers with hearfelt passion and raw honesty.
