Geoff had been called to investigate the scene of a fatal car crash in which an entire family was killed, and it was a scene that he found impossible to forget. After that, Geoff's daily work seemed to be a constant series of tragedies, and his life soon spiralled out of control and he found himself in the depths of post-traumatic stress disorder. He was forced to leave the job he once loved so much, and eventually was awarded maximum compensation for his suffering.
