information, such as, name, address, telephone number, E-mail address, age (in the
case of Children's Book Club only), information about your reading preferences,

When you place an order, we request your product choice, any change of contact details
(change of address) and your credit card details (again if you choose)*.
On other occasions you may submit information about other people. For example, in
our "Member Get A Member" Program you may submit a friend's name, address, and contact
details and reading preference.
From time to time, we may also collect non-personal information from our customers
for general research, via surveys, about your lifestyle, interests and hobbies,
attitudes and purchasing habits plus your interest in various products and services.
